Bridge (a Stripe company) is the regulated, GENIUS Act-ready issuer; tokens are minted and burned on M0's smart-contract infrastructure with Fireblocks providing wallet infrastructure. MGUSD is embedded in the MoneyGram app as a self-custodial dollar balance, launching US-first with planned global rollout across MoneyGram's ~60M customers and ~500K retail locations.
