A single QR scan creates a passkey-backed embedded wallet and on-chain identity, then issues verifiable participation stamps/credentials — building a portable reputation and identity record for the Stellar ecosystem. Adjacent to KYC/proof-of-personhood via passkey-based account identity. SCF-funded ($150k).
